<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the molding having a smooth surface similar to a polished surface. CONSTITUTION:The fine particles of a metal or mineral substance is classified with a dust collector and subsequently with a sieve device, and a portion having article diameters of <=200mum is collected. The portion is received in a container 12, mixed with a synthetic resin (e.g. polystyrene) solution 1 converted into a flowing state with a solvent (e.g. acetone) and then kneaded with stirrer 14. The obtained mixture 15 is injected into a mold frame therein having a sliding sheet (e.g. polyethylene sheet or salan resin sheet) for smoothening the surface of the molding, and subsequently solidified. If necessary, a synthetic resin is mixed or melt-mixed with an arbitrary pigment or dyestuff, and the produced coating agent is coated on the outer surface of the molding.</p> |
