PURPOSE:To obtain lightweight foamed concrete with greatly improved quality, which consists of high crystalline tobamolite, in a short time by using zeolite as a silica raw material, when the lightweight foamed concrete is provided from a silica raw material and a lime raw material. CONSTITUTION:When water and a gas generating agent is added to a raw material with consists of a silica raw material and a lime raw material, kneaded and the lightweight foamed concrete is produced, the zeolite is used as the silica raw material. The addition quantities of the lime raw material and the zeolite are preferably set to be about 0.5-1.0 for CaO/(SiO2+Al2O3). As the zeolite, e.g. Clinoptilolite, Mortenite, etc., are preferably used. |
