发明名称 CERAMIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a material having fine and uniform particles and giving molded goods having improved in mechanical property by oxidizing or nitriding an amorphous alloy to make a structure composed of a plurality of metal oxides or nitrides having a crystal grain diameter of equal to below specific value. CONSTITUTION:The objective material is obtained by heating the amorphous alloy in an oxygen or nitrogen atmosphere to oxidized or nitride and making the structure composed of at least two or more kinds of the metal oxides or nitrides having the crystal grain diameter of <=150nm. A sintered composite ceramic material or a molded goods formed by sintering the ceramic composite material has more excellent mechanical property such as bending strength or Young's module than that of a sintered conventional ceramic or a material goods formed by sintering the conventional ceramic. Thus the molding formed of the ceramic composite material are used for various applications which requires high strength and wear resistance.
