PURPOSE:To start a starter feeling at rest even if a battery is dead when the starter of a vehicle is started. CONSTITUTION:A battery 21, a starter 22, and the other energy source 26 of a fuel battery and the like are connected selectively to a condenser 25 having a large volume by means of a changeover switch. In the case where the rotational number of a starter 22 capable of turning an engine by the power supplied from the battery 21 and reserved in the condenser 25 of a large volume can not be obtained, a terminal T3 is connected to a terminal T2, and the condenser 25 having a large capacity is charged by current from the other energy source 26 which is boosted by a DC-DC converter 27. The starter 22 can be started easily by the power of the condenser 25 having a large capacity. |
