PURPOSE:To maintain a high accuracy in fixation by a method wherein an air conditioner is fixed to the ceiling through frame-like casings or the like that are temporarily fixed to the periphery of the air conditioner, and the casings are removed after construction of the ceiling, and fancy casings are fixed thereto after the removal of the casings. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner 1 is suspended appropriately from the ceiling with a plurality of suspending members 6, and fitting frames 2, assembled beforehand on the ground in accordance with the shape and the size of the air conditioner 1, are temporarily fixed with screws 5 to the air conditioner 1. Then ceiling furrings 7 are assembled, and ceiling boards 8 are stuck fast and fixed to the underside of the ceiling furrings with casing materials 3 serving as astragals. After fixation of the ceiling furrings 7 and the ceiling boards 8 are all completed, the fitting frames 2 are removed, and then fancy casings 9 made of such materials as wooden plate, metal or synthetic resin are fixed afterward, and thereby fixation of the air conditioner is completed. |
