PURPOSE:To provide a noninvasive temperature measuring apparatus with excellent reliability which enables the measuring of the temperature of an object to be measured accurately by allowing the removal of effect of power attenuation and a heat noise in a coaxial cable with a simple construction. CONSTITUTION:A microwave released from an organism 1 is received with an antenna 3 and a received signal thereof is supplied to a radiometer 6 with a coaxial cable 4. Then, the temperature of the organism 1 is measured by a signal processing of the radiometer 6. At this point, an internal temperature of the coaxial cable 4 is detected with temperature sensors 7a, 7b ... and 7n to correct a measured temperature of the radiometer 6 based on the temperature detected. This correction enables the removal of effect of power attenuation of coaxial cable 4 and the heat noise thereby measuring the temperature of the organism accurately. |
