PURPOSE:To mount and demount a stamper easily by fitting a center hole of a stamper over a sprue bush and positioning. CONSTITUTION:A movable mold 42 is butted to a fixed mold 41 and a molding cavity 44 is formed. A molten synthetic resin material such as polycarbonate is injection filled in the molding cavity 44 through a resin injection hole 49 of a sprue bush 48. Mold clamping is carried out, and then cooling is applied. A disk base 100 of the shape corresponding to the molding cavity 44 is formed by said arrangement. A center hole is bored by protruding a punch 66 to the side of fixed mold 41, and mold clamping in which the movable mold 42 is separated from the fixed mold 41 is carried out while a sleeve 65 is protruded to the side of fixed mold 41, and releasing is carried out. Then the disk base 100 is separated from the fixed mold 41 to complete the molding of the base 100. The eccentricity to the base is prevented by said arrangement. |
