<p>PURPOSE:To mechanize input of a work into an assembly line, which is a heavy work, and to deal with production of multiple models of car bodies with one assembly line. CONSTITUTION:A work W is mounted on a plate P of a work input position 77 by work input robots 91 and 82. When the plate P is moved along a plate guide 71 and the work W is conveyed to a first plate mounting part adjacent to the input end of a work reserving unit 11, the plate P is conveyed to the unit 11 by a conveying member attached to the unit 11. The conveyed plate P is conveyed to the work output end through the work reserving unit 11 with aligned at the front and conveyed out to a second plate mounting plate 53 one by one. When the plate P is conveyed to the second plate mounting plate 53, the work W mounted on the plate P is held by a work taking-out robot 89 and conveyed to an assembly line 93.</p> |
