PURPOSE:To improve processing rate of a liposome dispersion liquid having a specified particle diameter with a specified particle size distribution and containing a water-soluble material in the inner water phase by making the dispersion liquid permeate through a cellulose porous membrane. CONSTITUTION:A liposome dispersion liquid having 50-4000nm particle diameter with >=30% particle size distribution and containing a water-soluble material in the inner water phase is permeated by using a cellulose porous membrane. When the liposome dispersion liquid is permeated through the cellulose porous membrane, temp. is maintained lower than the phase transition temp. of the raw material lipid of liposome. Thereby, the processing rate of the liposome dispersion liquid can be improved. Further, by this method, liposome can be produced under the phase transition temp. of the raw material lipid and can be produced at high efficiency without causing changes in chemicals in the liposome or deterioration of liposome membrane. |
