PURPOSE:To enhance drive in comfort and operating stability by surely obtaining sufficient vibration damping properties even when a car body is tilted because of inertia moment. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with each shock absorber (b) which is interposed between an car body side and each wheel side, and can change its attenuation characteristics by an attenuation characteristics changing means (a), a suspended structure vertical speed detecting means (c) detecting the vertical speed of each suspended structure at a place close to the center of gravity, a tilting rate detecting means (d) detecting the tilting rate of the car body, and with an attenuation characteristics control means (e) controlling the attenuation characteristics of each shock absorber (b) on the basis of control signals obtained by both a bouncing rate and the tilting rate of the car body, which are determined based on the vertical speed of each suspended structure. |
