PURPOSE:To produce a module cover having sufficiently high strength in the vicinity of the gate of a mold for molding an outer layer. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer 1 is formed using a mold and, thereafter, the mold is replaced to form an outer layer 5. The thickness of the inner layer 1 is larger than that of the inner layer 1 in the peripheral part thereof in the vicinity of the gate 4G of the mold for forming the outer layer 5. A numeral 6 denotes the thick part of the inner layer 1. By the thick part 16, the inner layer is sufficiently thick in the vicinity of the gate of the mold for forming the outer layer and, therefore, a module cover having high strength can be produced. |
