<p>PURPOSE:To produce coffee residue manure free from growth trouble in a short period by promoting aerobic fermentation of coffee residue. CONSTITUTION:Seeded coffee residue manure is added to green coffee residue and the coffee residue is aerobically fermented. In the method for manuring coffee residue, ammonium sulfate is added so that C/N in the material is regulated to 5-20. Thereby added ammonium sulfate rapidly causes biodegradation in the raw material. Organic acid, which is produced in a fermentation process and caused growth trouble, is rapidly decomposed and aerobic fermentation is promoted.</p> |
