PRODUCTION OF INCOMBUSTIBLE LIGHTWEIGHT DECORATED PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a zonotolite base incombustible lightweight decorated plate which has a decorated surface superior in light resistance and heat resistance and available for a building material. CONSTITUTION:A zonotolite slurry which is obtained by reacting a SiO2 raw material and a CaO raw material in water at high temp. and under high pressure, is pressed for dehydration and dried, and then the obtained sheet material is enameled with a glaze which melts at the temperatures more than 700 deg.C and less than the transition temp. from beta-wollastonite to alpha-wollastonite and is fired at a fusing temp. of the glaze.
