PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a skin-integrated foam molding which is enhanced in the skin adhesiveness to the foam mold by heating the whole of the skin uniformly in a short time and allowing it to retain flexibility. CONSTITUTION:The method is featured such that a skin 1 being molded into a shape of the skin layer of a skin-integrated molding and having a cup-shaped part 13 is heated to retain flexibility and, after that, the heated skin 1 is arranged at a desired position in the foam mold, and subsequently a resin material is poured and then foamed therein, thereby manufacturing a foam molding integrated with the skin 1. Heating of the skin is performed at least in a way blowing a hot air toward the inside of the cup-shaped part 13 of the skin and the skin is placed on a mounting board 2 having a number of through holes 21 and comprising an heat insulating material. |
