PURPOSE:To achieve a lowering of cost with the curtailment of the manhour in the construction of the body of a building and an increase in occupying space of a housing by making a piping of an outside machine for air conditioning shorter than ever and maintenance and inspection more convenient. CONSTITUTION:An outside machine 10 for room airconditioning is installed in a common space where common vertical pipes 7 and 8 such as water supply pipe, gas pipe and drain pipe are mounted in a multiple dwelling house.
