PURPOSE:To uniformalize the temp. over the entire part of an electrode to which a heating element is stuck and to prevent a user from being burnt by forming the heating element of a wire-shaped resistor and disposing this wire- shaped resistor coarsely in a central part and densely in a peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:The electrode for treatment to be used in the case of passing a current for treatment to the lesion of a human body is formed by sticking the heating element 2 which has a resistance and generates heat by passing the current through a heating cord 4 to an insulating film (base plate) 1, such as polyvinyl chloride, having flexibility. The electrode 8 constituted by laminating an electrode sheet 5 which can pass the current through a cord 6 for treatment and a gelatinous tacky conductive pad 7 is stuck to this heating element 2. The heating element 2 is so formed by pattern printing that the wire-shaped resistor 3 is stuck to the entire surface while the resistor is turned back. This pattern is formed to the density higher in the peripheral part than the density in the central part so that the entire part of the electrode 8 can uniformly be heated at the time of energization. |
