PURPOSE:To automatically replace each battery loaded over unmanned vehicle for each charged battery by a battery trans-loading means with the charged capacity of each battery detected by each discharge detector, which is loaded on the unmanned vehicle, on the basis of detected information that charged capacity is lowered beyond a definite value. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a storage means 2 having a plural number of storage sections 1, and with a battery transloading means 5 automatically exchanging each discharged battery 4 loaded over unmanned vehicles 3 for each battery 4 which has been charged in the storage sections 1. The respective storage sections 1 have each charge terminal 6 which is automatically connected to each battery 4 to be trans-loaded, and is automatically detached from each battery 4 to be taken out. Meanwhile, unmanned vehicles 3 have each initial power receiving terminal 7, the operations of each discharge detector which is provided for the unmanned vehicles 3 to detect the discharge condition of each battery 4, allows each unmanned vehicle 3 to stop over a battery exchange station, so that each discharged battery 4 loaded over the unmanned vehicles 3 is automatically replaced for each battery 4 which has been charged in the storage sections 1. |
