PURPOSE: To provide a composite article as a laminate of metal foil and a polyetherimide sheet which has a strong peel-off strength of the metal foil. CONSTITUTION: (a) An adhesive comprising a copolymer of polyetherimide and amine-terminated dimethyl siloxane is coated on each one face of two sheets of metal foil, and (b) each adhesive coated face of the metal foil is mated on both sides of the polyetherimide sheet, thereby a composite article is produced. The metal foil is copper foil. The composite article can be used for flexible printed circuit board. |
