PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of an exterior panel and the holding of a laminate sound shielding sheet material with easier sticking of the laminate sound shielding sheet material by sticking the laminate sound shielding sheet material on a reinforced rib fastened on an internal surface to hold a heat insulating material through a washer. CONSTITUTION:A lower part of a laminate sound shielding material 4 with a sound shielding and vibration proofing capacity is put into a reinforced rib 10 to be stuck on an internal surface of an exterior panel 13 using a lead- contained rubber and a heat insulating material 5 is stuck so as to cover the surfaces of the laminate sound shielding sheet material 5 and the reinforced rib 10. The heat insulating material 5 is pierced by a pin 7 welded on the reinforced rib 10 and held through a washer 8. A packing 6 is stuck inside a bent part 3b and a screw 9 is located between the packing 6 and the heat insulating material 5. The heat insulating material 5 is bonded while being held with a pin 7. This allows the holding of the laminate sound shielding sheet material 4 with the reinforced rib and the heat insulating material being bonded while an exterior panel 3 can be reinforced with the reinforced material 10. |
