摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the powder ratio at a furnace core part in a blast furnace to improve the burden permeability by dropping molten iron drips in the specific quantity of carbon unsaturating condition at the furnace core part in the blast furnace accumulating the coke powder and carburizing the molten iron drips at the furnace core part. CONSTITUTION:When the furnace condition in the blast furnace becomes instable by deteriorating the burden permeability caused by the accumulation of the coke powder at the furnace core part in the blast furnace 1, the iron raw material in the carbon unsaturating condition, such as steel scrap, is charged into the furnace top part 3 of the raw material in the blast furnace through a furnace top charging device 2. By dipping the coke powder into the molten drips of this scrap, the coke powder quantity is reduced, and by improving the deteriorated burden permeability caused by the accumulation of the coke powder, the furnace condition in the blast furnace is stabilized.</p>
