PURPOSE:To enable a laminated molding product to be developed widely to industrial parts by achieving cutting of a product cost by a method wherein a gas permeable porous sheet is superimposed on a rear surface of a non-gas- permeable decorative skin of a specific shape, set in a molding die, and a heated softened fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet like molding material is superimposed thereon and thereafter, they are integrally molded by pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:A non-gas-permeable skin 1 is heated to a softening point or a melting point or higher in a far infrared radiation heating furnace 2, the heated non-gas-permeable skin 1 is set to a molding die 3 designed for vacuum molding, and vacuum molding is carried out along a shape of the molding die 1. Besides, a sheet like molding material 4 is heated to a softening point or a melting point of thermosetting resin composing a matrix or higher in the far-infrared radiation furnace. Then, a porous sheet 5 is superimposed on the non-gas permeable skin 1 formed in a specific shape, and the heated sheet like molding material 4 is superimposed thereon. They are integrally molded by lamination in the molding die 3. An appearance of the skin 1 is improved by trimming a peripheral part of the product, and a laminated molding product 6 which is excellent in adhesion is obtained. |
