<p>PURPOSE:To make vertical adjustment in positioning possible while levelness is maintained by a method wherein post holders are fixed directly to an existing concrete building frame even though corrugation or deformation is existent over the building frame. CONSTITUTION:Front ends of corrugation adjustment screws 28 that are screwed down into tapped holes provided in three or more positions on a thick base 21 of a post holder 20 are made to butt independently against the surface of a concrete building frame B, and thereby the post holder 20 can be positioned at specified height while being maintained horizontal regardless of how much corrugation is existent on the surface of the concrete building frame B. Then, the post holder 20 is fixed, while being put in the state as mentioned above, to the concrete building frame B with fixing bolts 25, and a space between the post holder and the concrete building frame B is filled with an infilling 30. Thereby, the post holder 20 can be fixed firm, with its external appearances kept neatly, directly to the existing concrete building frame B in the case where refurnishing of a balustrade A is required or the balustrade is installed afterward.</p> |
