PURPOSE:To force exhaust smoke and the like existent in the vicinity of the ground to rise while winding the same into artificial tornado, for discharging the exhaust smoke and the like to the outside and hereby ensuring effective ventilation by producing the artificial tornado from the vicinity of the ground to the vicinity of a cylinder by the use of centripetal force of a centrifugal exhaust cylinder and a vortex flow formed with the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:As a motor 13 is driven, a centrifugal exhaust cylinder 11 and a cylinder 12 are rotated around a motor shaft 13a. Thereupon, air in the centrifugal exhaust cylinder 11 is discharged circumferentially of the centrifugal exhaust cylinder 11, and is exhausted from a vent hole 14 to the outside through a gap 16. Air in the cylinder 12 is rectified vertically through a rectifier fin 18 and is sucked into the centrifugal exhaust cylinder 11 from an opening part in a bottom plate 11a of the centrifugal exhaust cylinder 11. Further, vortex flows arc are formed in air in and below the cylinder 12 by the rotation of a plate-shaped blade 19 disposed in the cylinder 12. As a result, peripheral air 21a flows in from the lower surface of the vortex flow c to produce artificial tornado 22 with the aid of dynamical chimney effect. Air 21b existent in the vicinity of the ground is effectually ventilated. |
