PURPOSE:To permit safe scrap cutting with a simple work by delivering the scrap to a working table by a delivering body and cutting the scrap by a laser emitted from a cutting body or the like while pressing the scrap with a hold- down body. CONSTITUTION:The scrap is charged into a scrap supplying chamber 11 and the delivering body 12 is is advanced to advance the delivering body 12 so that the scrap S is advanced onto the working table 21. The pressing body 25 is then lowered to press and compress the scrap S. The scrap part Sa compressed to a plate shape is pushed by the body 12 so as to be positioned right under the cutting body 26. The cutting both 26 is thereafter lowered and the laser beam B or the like is projected thereto to cut the scrap Sa to scrap pieces Sb of a prescribed size. Powerful cutting force is obtd. by such device, by which the safe and sure scrap cutting is executed with the simple work. |
