PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a negative electrode plate capable of obtaining a nonaqeous secondary battery, having large capacity and an excellent high-ratio charge/discharge characteristic, and the nonaqueous secondary battery using this negative electrode plate. CONSTITUTION:Carbonaceous mesophase particle bodies, produced and separation-extracted by heat-melting trearment of pitch, etc., are carbonated as a precursor, next, paste, obtained by adding binding agents, etc., to graphite particle bodies in which heat-treating prosess for graphatization at 2500 deg.C-2900 deg.C is applied, to be kneaded and prepared, is applied to a collecting body 3a to form negative electrode agent layers 3b and 3c. Then the negative electrode agent layers 3b and 3c are pressurized to be turned into a sheetlike state, in which the hole ratio of the negative electrode agent layer is 25-40%, manufacturing a negative electride okate fir a bibaqyuiys secondary battery. |
