PURPOSE:To provide a simultaneous input device for reading KANA and KANJI capable of eliminating double trouble at the time if inputting information by converting reading KANA into a KANJI character string on the basis of reading KANA string inputted once. CONSTITUTION:A reading KANA character string saying 'TOKKYO SEIKYU NO HANI' (scope of claim of patent) is inputted from a reading KANA character string input device 1-1. The inputted reading KANA character string is delivered to a KANJI converter 1-2, and is delivered to the word separating device 1-2-1, the character string 'TOKKYO SEIKYU NO HANI' is separated into 'TOKKYO' (patent), 'SEIKYU' (claim), 'NO' (of), 'HANI' (scope), and each word is transferred on after another to a display selecting device 1-2-2. The display selecting device 1-2-2 refers to a KANA/KANJI conversion table 1-2-3 constituted so that the reading KANA character string and a KANJI character string are coordinated, and displays a KANJI candidate 'TOKKYO' based on the same reading KANA as 'TOKKYO'. A reading KANA character string/KANJI character string output device 1-3 displays or after adding the reading KANA to the same. |
