PURPOSE:To improve the use convenience of a device, and in addition, to improve the performance of the device by preparing correctly a document, and simultaneously, simplifying operation to register a word in a memory. CONSTITUTION:A semantic attribute storage means 5 to analyze modification relation between the words and store the semantic attribute of this word, a sentence segmenting means 7 which collates the stored semantic attribute with an inputted sentence, and segments one sentence containing the word judged not to be stored in the semantic attribute storage means 5 by collation, and a modification relation analyzing means 9 which punctuates one sentence segmented by the sentence segmenting means 7 into a word unit, and analyzes the modification relation between the word not stored in the semantic attribute storage means 5 and the segmented sentence are provided. The semantic attribute to be connected to the word not stored in the semantic attribute storage means 5 is selected from the analyzed modification relation, and by registering the selected semantic attribute and the word not stored in the semantic attribute storage means 5 in the memory 13, the document can be prepared correctly, and simultaneously, the operation to register the word in the memory 13 can be simplified. |
