PURPOSE:To provide a monitor control signal reception circuit which suppresses a noise included in a monitor control signal received by a direct optical amplification submarine repeater regarding the monitor control signal reception circuit in the in-service of the direct optical amplification submarine repeater. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is composed in such a way that control signal frequency components obtained by fetching a main signal including the monitor control signal sent from a terminal station on one side out of the two terminal stations and a main signal sent from the terminal station on the other side via BPFs, respectively are detected by detection circuits 40, 50, and the component with higher voltage value can be outputted from an analog OR circuit 70 which inputs both output signals. |
