PURPOSE:To attain the high speed of the derivation of an optimum solution to satisfy the design condition of a network. CONSTITUTION:A means 100 to store a solution candidate which satisfies the design condition and is of minimum cost among the solution candidates as the combination of the kinds of lines, the means 101 to compare the cost of the newly generated solution candidate with the cost of the solution candidate in the means 100, and the means 102 which judges whether the new solution candidate satisfies the design condition or not when the new solution candidate is smaller in its cost, and when it is satisfies it replaces the solution candidate in the means 100 by this solution candidate are provided, and while labor required for comparing the cost is small, the solution candidate of the high cost is excluded in early stage, and calculation time is shortened. |
