PURPOSE:To provide the source voltage monitor device of low-current and small-chip-size constitution which is constituted on a Bi-CMOS device and can be mounted on a semiconductor device having a microcomputer inside and integrated to high density. CONSTITUTION:A resistance R3 is connected between the bases of transistors(TR) Q4 and Q6, and a constant current generated by using a base band circuit and a current depending upon a source voltage, generated by a circuit formed by connecting plural TRs whose bases and collectors are at the same potentials and a resistance in series, are inputted to the input terminal of a current comparator. |
