PURPOSE:To prevent a cassette from being affected with a spring force of a lever and to attain a normal cassette loading by locking the lever at an insertion end of the cassette. CONSTITUTION:A lever 51 for opening a slider energized by a spring in the direction of cassette ejection and a lock lever 3 to lock the lever 51 at the insertion completed position of the cassette 8 are arranged on a holder 2 guiding the DCC tape cassette provided with the slider for tape protection to the cassette loading position. The slider is opened with the operation of the lever 51 by the insertion of the DCC tape cassette 8.
