<p>PURPOSE:To perform phase control with high accuracy without deteriorating wow flutter when a tape recorded by a different VTR is reproduced. CONSTITUTION:A first P-CTL signal corresponding with a first frame in an initial state is supplied to a phase detector 2 and a counter circuit 3 via an input terminal 1, and a SYSTEM.REF signal is supplied to the input terminal of a switch 5 via an input terminal 4. When the counter circuit 3 counts the P-CTL signal for the first time, the switch 5 is turned on, and the SYSTEM.REF signal is supplied to a memory circuit 6 via the switch 5, and the rise of the SYSTEM.REF signal at a first frame is set as phase reference data. The phase reference data is supplied from the memory circuit 6 to other terminal of the phase detector 2, and phase is detected and a result is supplied to one terminal of a phase detector 7 as a phase detection signal.</p> |
