PURPOSE:To provide a commutator controlling noises without using a part such as a varister. CONSTITUTION:Commutator bars 13 (13a, 13b, 13c) are arranged on the outer circumference of a cylindrical body 11 formed of a dielectric material and the cylindrical body is mounted to a shaft 2 in a noise control commutator 1, and a metallic material, on a surface of which an insulating film is formed, is mixed in the cylindrical body 11. |
