PURPOSE:To execute multiplication at a high speed by executing a carry propagation in the partial product addition at a high speed in the multiplying device for deriving the final product by deriving several partial products thereof and adding them at the time of deriving the product of two data. CONSTITUTION:A CPA circuit in partial product arithmetic circuits 120, 130 and 140 constituted of CSA circuits 122, 132 and 142, and CPA circuits 123, 124, 133, 134, 143 and 144 is divided into plural circuits, the partial sum and the partial product in a shape of carry C1, C2 and C3 are calculated, and by adding them by partial product adding circuits 150, 160, the final product is derived. |
