PURPOSE:To prepare a target system automatically by opening all switches surrounding a stop equipment given by a current system and subsequent power- system operation and extracting and closing another switch relieving a novel service interruption equipment-single system through a sound system. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission line 15 is given as a stop equipment, connection is tracked from the transmission line 15, switches 17, 18 are extracted as ones found for the first time, and these switches are opened on a current system. A novel service interruption equipment-single system is searched, and the transmission line 15 and a bus 4 are extracted as novel service interruption equipments, but the bus 4 is used as a novel stop equipment because the transmission line 15 is the stop equipment. Connection is tracked from the bus 4, a switch under an open state adjacent to a sound system charged by a large power supply 21 is searched, and the switch 6 and a disconnector 14 are extracted. A target system, in which the switch 6 is selected by a constraint on operation, the switch 6 is closed, the transmission line 15 is stopped and the service interruption equipment is minimized, is acquired. |
