PURPOSE:To prevent flowing of excess input currents when service power is recovered after input voltage is lowered or stopped or when steep high input voltage is applied in a power circuit. CONSTITUTION:A power supply circuit is composed of a capacitor 5 smoothing input voltage input from input terminals 1, 2, a resistor 7 limiting input currents, the series circuit of a switching element 8 and a switching element 9 connected in parallel with the resistor 7, a voltage detector 10 controlling the switching element 9 and a main power circuit 6 converting input voltage into output voltage and controlling the switching element 8. Accordingly, a power supply can be connected, disconnected and replaced under the state, in which input voltage is applied. |
