PURPOSE:To automatically perform accurate simulation even if there is a saturat ed transistor(TR) present by providing a means which retrieves the saturated TR and converting the model of the saturated TR extracted by the retrieval with respect to the simulation device which extracts a network list from the circuit diagram of an electronic circuit and simulates operation according to the extracted network list. CONSTITUTION:This circuit simulation device is equipped with a means 2 which extracts the network list from the circuit diagram of the electronic circuit, a means 4 which simulates the operation according to the result of the simulation, a means 7 which retrieves the TR getting saturated among TRs according to the simulation result, a means 10 which converts parameters of the TR getting saturated among the parameters of the model wherein the characteristics of the TRs are described into corresponding parameters, and a means 4 which simulates the operation by using the parameters after the conversion. |
