<p>PURPOSE:To provide a highly precise color filter used for the flat display of a liquid crystal display, etc., the imager of a CCD, etc., or a color sensor, etc. CONSTITUTION:The color filter has a transparent substrate 12, a colored layer, and a protection film 18 formed on this colored layer 15; and the colored layer 16 consists of colored patterns 16R, 16G, and 16G of plural colors formed by exposing a photosensitive layer, formed by coating the transparent substrate 12 with a photosensitive material developing adhesion by exposure, through a photomask having a specific pattern and depositing a colored powder material on the exposed part, and the protection film 18 is formed of a transparent inorganic material.</p> |
