PURPOSE:To provide a tilt measurement headlight device for an automobile, in which the number of parts is reduced, and the structure is simplified while the assembly is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:A tilt measurement device 50 for measuring the tilting degree of a reflector 4 in the right and left, is interposed between a protruded part of a horizontal aiming screw in the rear part of a lamp body and the lamp body, in a head light aimed by tilting the reflector 4 vertically and horizontally. The tilt measurement device 50 is extended in the rear part so that a nut member 60 of U-shaped cross section to be screwed into the male screw part of the aiming screw and the female screw part of the screw are surrounded thereby with the front end part fixed to a lamp body 2. A composition of a fixed holder 52 of gate-shaped cross section for supporting whirl-stopping the nut member 60 and for supporting it so that the nut member is slid forward and backward, and of a cover member 70 for forming corresponding scale, which is mounted on the fixed holder 52, is prepared, and the fixed holder 52, the nut member 60 and the cover member 70 are integrated together, which is easily assembled into the male screw part of the screw. |
