The method improves the penetration and hardening of grout injected underground to form a better barrier against seeping of water for improved ground foundation. The excavator has a grout injection tip (9) on the front tip of a boring shaft (Pa) having a path within it for injection of grout, the tip having a detachably attached expansion blade for better mixing of grout in an expanded hole. When not using an expansion blade, the excavator employs a mixing room to feed separate ingredients through separate paths for different grout mixtures for injection.
