For material of this coating, PFA (tetrafluoro ethylene- parfluoro alkylvinyl ether copolymer), PFA including filler such as carbon or glass fibers, FEP (tetrafluoro-ethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer), FEP including filler such as carbon or glass fiber, etc., can be used. |
