PURPOSE:To facilitate the recognition of the approval of an inquiry report by impressing an approval seal on an electronic mail by giving a seal print file. CONSTITUTION:In a B department, the accumulated inquiry report is taken out of a mail box by individual departments 5-j. The host system 1 receiving seal print data transfers the seal print corresponding to seal print data on the seal print file 6 to the work station 2B based on the seal print data.
