PURPOSE:To facilitate standardized processing and automation by radiating a converged laser beam to a metal portion through an electron gun so as to oxidize, and drawing display items through the locus of an oxidized portion. CONSTITUTION:A converged laser beam 42 from a continuous oscillation laser device 41 is incident in a prism 45 via a Y axis scanner 43 and an X axis scanner 44. The convergence magnetic pole 29 of an electron gun 25 is irradiated with a reflected light from the prism 45 via a converging lens 46 and a cover glass 47 so as to oxidize a metal portion. Display items are drawn by means of the locus of an oxidized portion. Either the beam 42 or the electron gun 25 moves automatically based on data on the display items memorized previously so that the radiation portion of the beam 42 draws the locus corresponding to the display items. Thereby drawn letters becomes uniformly standardized ones so as to be easy to read, and it is possible to shorten write-in time through automation. |
