<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction caused by exfoliation of a ZnO element and an electrode by enhancing their adhesive property, and to obtain a nonlinear voltage type resistor of simplified structure. CONSTITUTION:The title nonlinear ceramic resistor is composed of an almost cylindrical ZnO element 1 obtained by baking granulated powder which is mainly composed of zinc oxide, a side face insulating material 2 which is fixed sintering on the side face of the abovementioned ZnO element 1, an electroless plating layer 8 formed on the surface and the rear of the ZnO element 1, and a solder layer 9 with which each electroless plating layer 8 of the multilayer ZnO element 1.</p> |
