PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having high photosensitivity to visible light and capable of being scanning-exposed by making a structure having a specific ratio of a polymerizable component and plurality of specific compounds. CONSTITUTION:The photopolymerizable composition contains a compound of 0.1-10 pts.wt. expressed by a formula I, a compound of 0.1-10 pts.wt. expressed by a formula II to 100 pts.wt. of a polymerizable component having at least one kind of an addition-polymerizable compound having ethylenic unsaturated bond. In the formula I, R<1> is an unsubstituted or a 1-6C alkyl group or a 1-6C alkoxy substituted cyclopentadienyl<->, indenyl<-> or 4-7 tetrahydroindenyl<->, R<2> is a 6-membered carboxyclic aromatic ring or a 5-membered or 6-membered heterocyclic aromatic ring and is substituted with fluorine atom or the like in at least one of two ortho-position of metal-carbon bond and R<3> is the same as R<2> or a halogen atom or the like. In the formula II, R<8> is a phenyl group or a substituted phenyl group, R<9> is hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, chlorine atom or a lower alkoxy group. |
