PURPOSE:To realize the power circuit used for an analog signal and a digital signal in common in which a high efficiency in the analog mode is maintained while ensuring the linearity required for the digital mode. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a power amplifier circuit 1 amplifying a signal for a prescribed frequency band with a prescribed gain and with a switching circuit 2 having a capacitor C20 connecting to an output terminal of the power amplifier circuit 1 and a PIN diode D20 connecting to the capacitor C20, and a switching signal VSW, with a prescribed voltage is applied to a connecting point between the capacitor C20 and the PIN diode D20 to turn on or off the PIN diode D20. Thus, an analog power with a high efficiency or a digital power with an excellent linearity is selectively outputted from an output terminal of the power amplifier circuit 1. |
