PURPOSE:To reduce a source noise at a 'H' outputting time and to prevent an output terminal OUT from being in a floating state even when a whisker-like pulse occurs in an input signal and to stably perform a 'H' output. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal S is 'L' and the input signal R is 'H', the output side node N31 of an inverter 31 becomes ''H'' and an NMOS 41 is turned on and OUT becomes 'H'. Thereafter, the potential of the N31 is delayed by a delay means 32 and boosted by a boot strap circuit 33 and the NMOS 32 is turned on and current flows from source potential VCC through OUT. In such a manner, since 'H' is supplied to OUT gradually, the large current is prevented from flowing through OUT from the VCC at a stroke and then the source noise is reduced. Further, 'H' of OUT is maintained by the NMOS 41 even though the whisker-like pulse occurs in the S and 'H' is not outputted by the boot strap circuit 33. |
