PURPOSE:To obtain a high secret talking function with simple circuit constitution without converting the frequency of a voice by selecting two memories alternately, and storing and reading them. CONSTITUTION:A line control part 102 sends a dial signal out to a subscriber line 101 and detects an incoming signal and a voice processing part 103 compresses or expands sent voice and a received voice for the improvement of the S/N of a radio communication. Further, the voice scramble circuit 104 makes a voice signal secret and the voice disscramble circuit 105 restores the voice signal, made secret, to the original voice signal. Further, a modem part 106 has a radio circuit, modulates and demodulates a control signal and a voice signal sent to and received from a mobile machine and transmits and receives them by radio through an antenna 107. Further, a modem 108 sends/receives the control signal to/from the mobile machine. In such a case, a control part 109 has a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, etc., and controls and monitors the respective parts 102-106. |
