<p>PURPOSE:To prevent image distortion generated at the time of reproducing an editing point and to enable high-accuracy editing by keeping the continuity of framing for a recorded video signal and a newly recorded video signal at the editing point by making the field of the video signal recorded in a magnetic tape coincident to the field of an input video signal. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with framing detection parts 6 and 8 to detect the field of the input video signal to be recorded and to detect the field of the video signal recorded in a magnetic tape 1 for recording input video signals, drum phase control part 11 to perform servo at the time of running the magnetic tape 1, capstan phase control part 12, and comparing part 9 to compare detecting signals from the framing detection parts 6 and 8 with tracking signals.</p> |
