PURPOSE: To obtain a tool holder which is always rotatable according to a desired mounting direction by only rotating the tool at a min. θ angle. CONSTITUTION: This rotatable tool holder 16 for mounting a surface mount type component 12 on a printed circuit board 10 has an intake 22 and an air guide 20 and an annular groove 48 for communicating therewith. A rotary coupling joint 52 having intake guides 50, 54 communicating with tubular inner holes 58 is provided. The tool holder 16 and the rotary coupling joint 52 are assembled with a clamp collar 70. Thus the rotary coupling joint intake guides 50, 54 are selectively positioned to communicate with the annular groove 48 of the holder 16. An over-rotation stopping means 74 is provided. |
